WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades give a guaranteed boost to specific stats. Each upgrade increases the item level upgrade level by +3. Each upgrade also increases an unspecified substat.

Upgraded gear is generally more valuable, unless it has a low requirement by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like Eth Titan weapons). Upgrades are not as valuable for the latter due to the need to roll a perfect version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrade upgrader allows players to upgrade gear to a higher level by supplying the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any kind of weapon or armor.
